The chapter opens with a conversation between Yon and Yon's son, Yon. Yon tells Yon that he and his father have recruited a new marketing director, named Florian, from the former Lisheng group. Florian is the nephew of the current head of the Lisheng company, Zach Lu, and Yon thinks that Florian's purpose is to help his father defeat the former company and compete with the current one for the exclusive right to build resorts in the Begonia Bay.
