In this chapter, we learn that the protagonist's name is "Florian" and that he works for a company called "Human Resources." We learn that he is a former employee of the company where "matthew" worked, and that "florian" is the new "director of marketing" for the company. We also learn that "matthew's resume" shows that he once worked as the "co-ordinator of lisheng" . The protagonist is very angry at the company for not giving him a tour and for not taking him on a vacation.
