In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, a young woman named Zillah. Zillah is a member of the Secret Service, and she is the one who challenges the men to a duel. She tells them that there is a hole in the wall of the room where the young woman is being held, and that if the men do not release her, they will kill her.
