In this chapter, we meet a former classmate of the Huaxian police academy, who tells us that he and his friend were nicknamed "the twin flowers" because of their high scores in the academy. After graduating from the academy, they both worked for different companies in different parts of the city. One day, they meet the chairman of a company called "tianlong corporation" . The chairman wants to hire a security agent to protect his granddaughter, who has recently signed with a company that raises young talent for the entertainment industry. The security agent tells the chairman that he must become an agent for the company because he is afraid that his granddaughter will be harmed if she is exposed to the social pressure of the entertainment business. He also tells the grandfather that his daughter and son-in-law both died in a crash, and the grandfather has promised to not interfere in their careers. The grandfather tells the security agent that he will support him fully if he chooses to accept the position.
