The chapter opens with a soliloquy in which Cai Ming-liang recounts the events of the previous day. He tells the story of how he and his sister had to rush from one place to another to attend a dance lesson and then rush back to the dance studio to continue recording a song. When they finally arrived, they were late for their meeting, but they were very polite to each other. The chapter ends with the chapter's theme song.
