We learn that the woman in question is a rich American woman who has returned from the United States. She is the wife of a powerful criminal named "Spow" , who used to be her husband, but he was assassinated 20 years ago. She has returned to Hong Kong, where she is now a rich woman. She tells us that her husband was the "Emperor of the Criminal Underworld" and that she used to work for him when he was a young man. She says that he used to own a lot of back-street clubs and casinos and that he had ambitions of becoming the "criminal underworld emperor" . She also says that when she was working for the police, she realized how stupid she was.
