He doesn't believe that the monster is lying, but he does believe that his master has absorbed the entire mountain in a short amount of time. He's so grateful that he won't even care about the brat ever again. The monster is so talented that if he hadn't absorbed so many layers at once, the brat says, he would have spent so much time absorbing them all. He also says that if the monster hadn1t absorbed the mountain so quickly, he wouldn1t have been able to break into the king realm so easily. He thinks that if his father can deal with the monster, he can escape the evil in his father1s life. This would be a great thing for the family, he says, because it would mean that the family would not have to die. But the brat doesn1t want his father to die, so he tells the monster not to worry. He says he has put a "protective spell" on his uncle1s body, and he won1t even think about possessing his body in this lifetime.
