In this chapter, we learn that the demon-gods were created by the same person who sealed the gates of Hell back in the day. This is the same guy who killed all 24 of the gods in the first chapter. The guy who sealed those gates, he says, was the same dude who killed the 24 demons in the second chapter. He's the one who killed them all, and he's also the guy who was responsible for the destruction of the world. So, yeah, he was the one responsible for everything that happened in the world after the fall of the city of Hell. The dude who sealed all the gates was a very smart guy, but he was also a very selfish guy. He wanted to kill all the gods so that he could be free to do whatever he wanted with the rest of his life. He didn't want to be a slave to anyone, he wanted to be free from all the other people in the city. So he killed all of them, and they were all angry at him for killing them. And now he wants to kill them all again. He wants their bodies, too, because they're his own. He doesn't care if they kill him or not, he just wants his body.
