Randall asks his aunt why she did not tell him that uncle Lehman had died, and her response is that she has not killed him herself. Randall then tells her that 30 years ago, the vampire hunter soldiers from the hunter family came to greet her and her family. He tells her how he arranged her marriage to isabella. She tells her father that she already has someone else in her heart, and the marriage with her is all arranged by him. She also tells her aunt that she heard that the duchess was driven out of the castle by the vampire hunters because she could not bear to have an heir. Randall says that he will make her the queen of the world if she will help him kill Randall.
