The next morning, the young master tells yun that he has found a medicine that will help her recover. He tells her that the medicine is bitter and that she must drink it while it is hot. She tells him that her sect has been destroyed by the thieves and that if she breaks the contract and kills people, she alone can stop them. The young master says that he is keeping her because she wants to enter the banquet of the hundred sects. The sect leader says that she is indeed a heroine among women. She says that in her life she does not seek to change her ways or undergo the righteous ways. She adds that she has something to accomplish and grumbles that she will not let him do that either. He then asks her to go buy a limited amount of rouge from the jade pavilion. He says that the sect leader asked him to go and buy the rouge for her. She asks him to tell her that he already bought the rouge.
