The scene shifts to the second floor of the apartment building, where Ward and Ward's servant, Zhao, are waiting for Ward and Zhao's return. The servant tells Ward that the client has changed the location, and that he must go back to his old apartment. Ward is horrified at the change in the client's attitude, but he is also relieved to see that Zhao has changed his mind. He is even more horrified when he sees Zhao looking flirtatiously at Ward.
