The couple is a young couple who started a shelter to help stray animals, but they haven't moved out yet. They need to get the shelter registered, because if they don't, they won't be able to sell the cat to a new owner. They have to fill out a list of all the animals that are unadopted, which means that the shelter has to give them a new name and a new address.
