In this chapter, we learn that the vice-principal and the twin girls are at the school, and that the girls are hiding out in a sealed room. The vice- principal tells the girls that she will be watching them closely and will not tolerate their behavior. She tells them that they are to address her as vice principal at all times, and she threatens to expel them from the school if they do not comply.
