Heiwu and the rest of the party are still in the woods, and the shadow of the dragon is still there. The captain tells them to retreat, and they do. He tells them not to worry, though, because he will do his best to help them. He explains that the pain is not so bad, since the vice captain is probably already noticing something. He also explains that he feels guilty for not protecting him, and that he wants to lift the burden on him.
