This chapter opens with a conversation between jiu ling and Ming zhuang. Ming is a beauty blogger and Ming is considered a special person because of her make-up skills. Ming introduces herself as rong zhuan, which means "beautiful" in Chinese. Ming tells Ming that she can't remove her make up because she's afraid that her face will rot. Ming says that he heard her treatment was very effective and that he's really scared that his face will "start to rot" . Ming asks Ming if she feels the same way, and Ming says she doesn't recall feeling anything like that. Ming then asks what made Ming interested in makeup in the beginning. Ming explains that she'd rather look at positive feedback than look at negative ones. She says that when she puts on makeup, people will tell her that she looks ugly without it. Ming advises Ming to stay away from the web as much as possible.
