In this short scene, the "fog dragon" tells the "little moli" that she is "quite willful" and that she must be "patient with her" . He tells her to "just run away" after she gets her revenge. He also tells her that he is still a good dancer and that he would have expected this after all he has done for so many years. He asks if she is there to intercede for her foolish brother, but she says that she cannot do that. He invites her to his brothel to have a "fun" and to thank her for "disciplining my foolish brother." He asks her to not come so near him as to "grace his presence." He says that he has nothing on tonight, but he wants to see what is going on. He wonders if the beauty in the center of the room is too bad for the "lord almighty cloud dragon" to fall for a dancer. He says if he knew this, he would go up and dance himself.
