He also says that if someone who looks like him comes to the hospital, he will let the doctor heal them. The doctor then asks why the protagonist wants to challenge himself to the hardest level of the game. He replies that he would have let the protagonist off if he did not expose him. He then says that the voice of the protagonist singing at the beginning of the scene is different this time, and he is so sorry that he does not know what is going on.
