The young woman, who we'll call "Big sis," is in a foul mood. She's so drunk that she can't sleep. She wakes up to find that her brother, who she's just met at a beach music festival, has a fever. She asks her brother to take her to the hospital, but he refuses, saying that the fever is probably messed up with his head. She begs him to play with her and her sister, and he agrees.
