Tenka says that he had promised to die as an orochi, but that he was forced into it by his superiors. The doctor says that the miracle drug that saved him eleven years ago was developed by the government's secret chemistry division. He says that some people call him a "monster" and that he must cut back on his selfish behavior. He adds that he will fight until the day comes when he will be able to protect his brothers.
