In this chapter, the mourner is shaken by thoughts of his dead brother. He tells himself that he is the only king in the world and that he has to go find his brother. Ooki, the police officer, tells him that the execution of Orochi's ship was a "rather sudden execution" and that there is a beautiful woman in his dream.
