When the narrator returns home, he's going to have a shower, a beer, and some food. He's also going to change his alarm settings so it doesn't wake him up when his boss calls him. He wants to go to his friend's house and have sex, but he can't find a place to do it. He asks his friend if he can have dinner, and she says yes. He tells her that he wants to have sex with her, but she's not attracted to him, and he'd never do it without her. He says he needs sex right away, but that he hasn't had anyone who would make him excited enough to do so right away apart from his partner, who's heterosexual, and whom he couldn't touch. His friend rings him up and tells him that they're moving, and that he should stop calling her whenever he is on a date, because they don't need a group of people like that in their relationship. He also says that he ate some food that emma wants him to have, and they can have sex tomorrow.
