Indulged in Your Radiance

In this chapter, we learn that the young man we met in the previous chapter is named yun, which means "friend" in Chinese. He is visiting his older brother, who is celebrating his birthday. The young man tells his grandfather that he has come to wish his brother a happy birthday. When his grandfather asks if he is hurt, the boy says that he accidentally knocked over his grandfather's vase. He apologizes for the accident and promises to forgive his grandfather if he shares his birthday cake with him. The boy then shows his grandfather the birthday gift he has received from his brother. It is a boat that he made himself. He explains that his parents forbade him from doing crafts, but his brother allowed him to do so. He says that his brother is the "best brother" in the world.
