In this chapter, we learn that the General Manager is trying to get rid of all of the other guys, but he's not done yet. He's got a new target: he wants to talk to a guy named "Ilcheong" , who's been created just to be the ruler of the world. He wants to know what's going on, and he tells us that he has a lot of white dream stuff in his head, which makes him naturally inclined to rule the world, even though he doesn't really want to do so. The General Manager, he says, is immature, because he wants the world to be perfect, but can't make it perfect. He also made a mistake in creating him, because his life energy is mixed with yours, and his memories and beliefs are also mixed in his mind, too. This is why he'd be so inclined to become a ruler, he explains, even if he wanted to leave the dream world and go back to the real world. But that's just not possible because of his white dream faith, which keeps him from doing what he wants.
