In this chapter, we learn that the General Manager made a mistake in creating Elmire. He forgot to believe that he would one day rule the world. The General Manager's assistant managers were angry with him for not believing in Elmire's future. White Dream respected their opinions and prepared to create another dream, but he kept postponing the creation because of his greed.
