In this short scene, the young lovers discuss the events of the previous day. The young lovers are in the process of buying breakfast when they are interrupted by the sound of a nurse's voice. The nurse informs them that they have been admitted to the hospital and that they should be careful as they are about to leave for the hospital. The girl asks the nurse if she can call the nurse, and the nurse replies that she cannot, as she is in the hospital, and that she must go to her home in the city. When the girl asks where she is from, the nurse says that she lives in the countryside and that it is too late for her to care for her now. She then asks the young man if he was out drinking, and he replies that he was, but that he had to go to work the next day. He tells the girl that he must have stained her car, and she apologizes, saying she must have had something to do with it. She tells him that she had promised him not to drink again, and when he saw her vomit, he sent her home. She asks him if it was because he was afraid she would vomit when she was drunk, so she should have gotten hold of herself. He says that he drank so much because of her that he did not want to argue with her anymore. He then tells her that they had broken up and that he does not care about her anymore
