The shanhai tries to convince Lu that he's pregnant, but he can't get the baby out of his system. He's not a good father, he says. He promises to take care of the baby, even if it's a girl. Lu is all, "oh, carry me, kick jing Siyou, you are a good man" . The baby is not in the belly, and Lu is totally confused. He blames the whole thing on the "setup" , which basically means that he has to be in a certain position for a certain amount of time in order to be able to do certain things. He tries to blame himself for the whole mess, but then he realizes that he was just babbling, and he bites his finger, which makes him freak out.
