He tells the monkey that he was wrong to think that he could hit the monkey, and that the monkey is stubborn and stupid. The Panda says that he showed up bearing the anger of the huai, so he will kill the bastard. The monkey king should die, he says, because he has been banished from the mortal realm for his greed. He says that the two of them are supposed to fight each other, but they don't get along, because the monkey king seizes everything from the monkey bastard, including his life span, strength, and dignity. The only way the monkey can be killed by the Panda is by him.
