In this short scene, Mizutani explains that she has decided to leave her family in order to find a husband. She is tired of waiting for her father and her mother to come to her house, and she wants to wash her body before she leaves. She tells her father that he is a normal business man, but he has no chance of finding a wife because his mother is a junior high school teacher. Mizutan says that she is sorry that her mother was treated badly, but she is proud of her Japanese blood and says that even the prince has dealt with the same treatment, and slaps her for being a "misinformed" woman. She says that her clothes are wet, and that she would rather have a cold shiver than wash with her family. She then tells her husband that he should know that when she is being nice to him, she does not regret it. He says that he will take care of her needs while he is in Japan, and he promises to get her back from the prince.
