We learn that her father is furious at her for moving in with his friends, and that she is planning to tell her mother about it. We also learn that she wants to marry a man with "black hair" , but that he has to be "faithful earnest type" and not "sleazy" or "expensive and a pain in the asses." In other words, she wants a man who is "less sleazy" and "celebrities . . and when I wanna i do, i want you one use your twenties , for your self." We're also told that the three young men in the chapter are "prospective videographers" who are making a lot of money by "chasing their friends' prospective videographers." The narrator concludes that "her and key" are "getting down to business" and that he doesn't want to hear about this.
