In this chapter, we learn that the guys are using high-intensity "vibrations" to destroy the robots' internal circuits. They're not using electricity, though, because they're "perverted" robots. They just want to "beat up metal" . They need to find a way to get into the tunnel. The tunnel is empty, and there's no sign of anything else in the room. There's only one controller, and he'd never fall for a trap like that. He's a big boy, and they need to figure out how to get out of the tunnel without getting electrocuted. They have to use a "detonation defense mode" , which means they have to fight off the intruders. They can't do that now, because the lasers are getting more and more dangerous. They should just leave it alone.
