In this chapter, the young protagonist is introduced to the world of the "vigilante" magical girl, who is transformed into a female version of herself by the use of a magical wand. The young protagonist's reaction to the transformation is one of surprise and delight. He feels that he has lost touch with the world and is now a mere six-year-old.
