Ganxin is in the middle of an operation when he hears the clatter of a flowerpot and realizes that his friend is unconscious. He rushes to Ganxin's aid. The doctor tells him that Ganxin has lost a great deal of blood and needs a blood transfusion. Ganxin begs the doctor to save his friend's life, but the doctor refuses. He tells Ganxin that he can transfuse the young master's blood.
