The narrator tells us that the only woman he's ever been serious about is the woman he loves. He's been thinking about her for a long time, and now he wants to kiss her. He wants to know how she feels, and what she wants to do with it. He also wants to find out if she's really in love with him. She's never done anything like this before, and she doesn't want to do it again.
