In this short scene, we get a glimpse of what it's like to be the boss's employee. We're told that he's not used to being bossed around, and that he doesn't like being told what to do by his employees. We also learn that he was the one who ran away from the office when his subordinate confessed to him all about everything that happened to her. He's so upset that he can't even face his boss, who's just as lame as he is.
