In this brief scene, we are introduced to Dr. Rivers and his assistant, the Nurse. The Nurse tells Rivers that she has just had an encounter with a man who is piercing her nipples with his tongue. She tells him that the man is trying to make her feel as though she is having an affair with him. Rivers tells the man that he is welcome to come and have sex with her. The man agrees, and the Nurse tells him to take care of her from now on.
