In this short scene, we learn that the Governess is in the middle of a sexual encounter with a man. She is overcome with a desire to help him "rub one out" of his nipples. The Governess tells the man that she wants to "get you wet" and that she has never had sex before, but that she must "rub" him to get his "finger thrust ah / ! twitch" . The man, however, does not want to be "rubbed" because he is afraid that he will get "goo stroke" , which is a sexual term for anal sex.
