The scene opens with a flashback to the previous scene, in which Touya and the other members of the club are discussing Mina's status as a single woman. Touya tells Mina that he is in love with her, but she is not interested in him. She asks Touya to come with her to an after party, but Touya refuses, saying that he has already gone to the party. When Touya asks why he rejected Mina earlier, Touya replies that she was obviously attracted to him.
