He asks Gu if he has changed the price of silver at the silk shop. Gu tells him that the price has gone up. He then asks about the whereabouts of the Governess. The Governess says that they have been keeping a close watch on the people who have been coming and going from the palace. She also says that the outer court is not going to spare him. She tells Gu not to say that he is stupid. He says that he has heard that the guards are strict.
