In this chapter, we are introduced to a new character, Shmoop, who has just been released from prison. He is a kind, gentle, and kind-hearted young man who is eager to help his master. He has just come from a long journey, and he is now in the process of preparing for his return to the prison. When Shmo asks him what he plans to do with his newfound freedom, he responds by saying that he will go out with a "yakuza like me" . Shmo, however, is not so sure about this statement; he has already made up his mind about what he will do with the young man.
