In this chapter, we learn that Hirohito is now in charge of the prison, and that he's going to have to deal with a whole new set of problems. First, he has to figure out what to do with his newfound freedom. He's got to find a way to make his prisoner see him as a different kind of person, not just a "family man" . He also has to find ways to make the prisoner feel like he belongs to something other than the prison. He can't just leave the prisoner to fend for himself. He has to make sure that the prisoner sees him as something more than just a family man . And he'll have to do a lot more than that, because he has a whole bunch of other things to do.
