In this short scene, Hirokazu tries to seduce Aechi, but the latter's tongue is so hot that he can't even speak. He's so desperate that he's willing to risk his life in order to have a sexual encounter with him. The scene ends with a soliloquy in which Hirohito declares that he will continue to fight for his life even if it means risking his own life.
