In this short scene, we learn that Mr. Cai Ming has fallen in love with Mr. Ming's neighbor, William "Chevy" Clinton. The two men have been hanging out at a restaurant in Shanghai, and Ming asks him to order two pieces of "wellington steak" , which is a type of steak that is very popular in the United States. Ming asks if he can add him to his "friend list" and if he wants to go to the gym with him. He also wants to know if he has seen "william clinton" on the internet, and he tells Ming that he does not want to be associated with a gym card. Ming tells him that he likes him very much, and that he has to say things like "tik tok" a lot. Ming says that he is afraid that the paparazzi are taking pictures of the two of them, but he assures him that they are just taking pictures. Ming then tells us that he was once a victim of the paparazzi, too.
