The scene opens with Mr. Lorry and Mr. Luu talking about how they can't believe that the girl they've just introduced to them has come to see them. Mr. Linstrum, who's in charge of the hospital, says that his girlfriend is "very evil" , and that's why he broke his ribs in the process . He's not happy about it, but he's happy to be in the hospital with his "sweetheart" .
