The narrator is in a coffee shop with Fang when he hears a strange music coming from a nearby table. He asks the coffee shop owner if he can get the music for him, but the man says he can't. The narrator has to go to a meeting of the publicity center, which is supposed to take place at the same time as the regular meetings of the student council and the second class. He also needs to help Fang track down his childhood sweetheart.
