The doctor tells Kim young-il that he has acute myeloid leukemia and that he needs to have a blood transfusion right away. He also tells him that he must stop his career and go to the hospital immediately. Kim asks if he can borrow a pair of glasses to wear while he talks. The doctor says that it's better for him to look good while talking about serious things. Kim says that he's wearing the glasses because they look cute on him. He's also wearing the eye mask because it helps him to cool down. Kim tells the doctor that his eyes are getting puffy from crying. He asks if the doctor is talking about "Na chae-rin" . He says that's not what he was talking about. Kim then asks if she's talking about na-chae-rin, which is a blood disorder that causes a person's eyes to grow larger and larger. She says that if Kim doesn't get treatment right away , he'll get acute myeloid leukaemia within a year . Kim is shocked. He thinks that this is the worst thing that could happen to him. Kim's got to get the blood transfusion as soon as he can. He can't wait to get started on the treatment. Kim also asks if there's anything he can do to stop the bleeding from his eyes. Kim replies that he can just raise his cup of coffee a little bit higher. Kim wakes up and tells his doctor that they've canceled the shooting for the next day because they're looking for a new donor. Kim blames the reporters for not knowing about his condition
