In this short scene, we learn that Rine is going to hold a press conference to announce her divorce from her husband. We learn that she and her husband have been married for 4 years, and that she has been having an affair with another man for the past 5 years. Rine tells us that her husband has helped her to make the decision to divorce her husband, but that she is afraid of her husband and has been delaying the divorce for fear that he will blame her for her husband's infidelity. She asks Rine if she is mad that her lover is cheating on her with another woman, and Rine replies that she isn't. She also says that the term "drama queen" exists because people like Rine and han ji are able to stand out and attract the attentions of others. She says that she herself has been battling with Leukemia for the last 3 years and that he is trying to use that to make her listen to him. She tells Rine to get up and leave.
