In this short scene, we learn that the protagonist, also known as "Han ji-hyun" , is wearing a mask and sunglasses in order to stand out from the crowd. He is accompanied by an ordinary woman who does not recognize him as a celebrity. The woman, who we learn is named "Bong," explains that he is just like everyone else in the neighborhood and that he does not need to wear a mask or sunglasses to be recognized. He asks if there is something he wants to eat, and the woman tells him that he should go to the nearby night market and buy some food for himself and his companion. The two then discuss the possibility of going on a second date, which is suggested by "somebody" . The protagonist says that he was not expecting to see this coming, and that it would have been a "perfect second date" suggested by some "top star." He is amazed at how much money he has spent in such a short period of time, and he asks if he is giving it to him. He says that before his debut, he had no money for such things, but now he will receive it "with gratitude." The protagonist wonders if he will be able to hang the gift on his smart ring, but he cannot.
