Mr. and Mrs. Mingcan discuss their son, Mingcan, and how he will marry Sinian. They have forgiven him for his sin, and Mingcan says that he will have to convince the parents that Mingcan is not the same old Mingcan. He says he will call Mingcan "mister" because he is the same age, but he doesn't think he deserves that much respect. He asks if he still thinks he's the same Mingcan that he knew, and he says he does. He then asks if Mingcan knew about the huge debt Mingcan has, and says Mingcan must have known because he must have seen this. He tells Mingcan he tried to use him, but Mingcan wouldn't have fooled them. He goes on to say that he is now making a lot of money, and that he even has a luxury car. He wonders if he could lend Mingcan some money to help him out, and then Mingcan tells him that they are more powerful than they used to be, and they will not be able to get revenge on them.
