The chapter opens with a flashback to the beginning of Chapter 46, where we learn that the xia and the bai families have been trying to get their hands on momo for a long time. The chapter ends with a description of what happened at the banquet. The xia family is a lower-class family, whereas the qiao and shuyuan families are upper-class families. The narrator tells us that the banquet is a fake, and that it is time to clean up the mess that has been made. The three women have been harassing momo ever since the auction began, and it is now time to get rid of them. Miss Qiao, the assistant to the vampire chairman, is shocked to see that she has been humiliated in front of such a large group of people. She asks the organizer to get her out of the room, but the organizer refuses, saying that he is just doing his business with people. He tells her that what has happened is clearly meant to kick the family out of society. He says that he will be patient with her in the future, and he promises to give her hell the next time he sees her. The family is over, but yingbai is still the one who is responsible for all of this. Mr. Roberts tells the group that the party is over and that they should go home and talk about the whole thing later.
