Now that he's cured his illness, Uriah can do whatever he wants with his life. Uriah wants to go back to his old ways, but he can't. He wants to be the one to take care of him, and he wants to make sure that Uriah's health is taken care of from now on. He tells Uriah that if Uriah doesn't live, no one will care for him anymore, and Uriah says that he can only be Uriah if he lives, and that's what Uriah has to do.
